The guy I spoke to told me that it was in stock & their price of £349 was correct. I placed the order over the phone & was told delivery would be within 3 working days, which was fine. So I was delighted when I received a phone call the same afternoon to let me know my order had been sent & would be delivered the next day via courier. The couriers turned up at 10am & I had the system set up by midday. The product is great, with the wireless speaker function really convenient. Very happy with my purchase & the service from Totaldigital was excellent. What decided it for me was the fact that they are authorised Sony dealers and guarantee that the product will be genuine UK stock. I was after one of the new Sony W5500 Bravia LCD TV's. I saw total digital offering it for £949, which was the cheapest price online. However with their mixed reviews I was a little hesitant. Having spoken to one of their advisors over the phone my reservations were eased. So I went ahead & placed my order. I was told to expect delivery within 3-4 working days. Later the same afternoon I received a phone call to confirm that my delivery would be made the following morning. They even gave me a rough delivery time of 11am-12pm. The TV was delivered on time. The service I received was exceptional. The guy I spoke to was polite & provided me with some useful information about the TV. Delivery was super fast & the fact that they provide a delivery time was particularly helpful. I ordered 32" Sony Bravia late friday over phone and was promised delivery for Monday - arrived before 9am - would deal with them again without hesitation. I ordered a Sony 32" LCD last Friday morning after confirming it was in stock and got a call on the Sunday to say delivery would be between 10:00 and 11:00 the following morning. After hours of online trawling these were the cheapest for the Panasonic TH37PX600 Plasma TV I wanted. I wanted to collect in person and was prepared to go down to collect so I rang to see if they could measure the box (it's BIG) to see if it would fit in the car. They answered phone quickly and said they would ring me back. 5 mins later they did so with all the measurements. So though I can't comment on delivery or after sales service I can recommend so far.Also included a 5 year warranty by Pubquiz 14 January 2008
Cannot fault this company the orignal tv delivered on time developed a fault and was replaced next day told delivery between 3 and 5 delivered bang on 3pm would use them again no probs by Runningblade 12 January 2008
Outstanding!! Excellent service. I ordered a Panasonic LCD TV by telehone on Friday at around 1pm. They said they would deliver next day (Saturday!!, yey!!) or Monday latest. They phoned me later at 6.30pm to say they'd deliver next morning (Saturday) 12-1pm. TV arrived on time at 12.10. Makes you wonder why can't other retailers provide this kind of excellent service. Panasonic DMREH60D multiregion Delivery was excelent arrived exactly as stated on the web and by phone as I had read various bad reviews about items in stock and delivery. Only problem the web site read as item in stock but when I phoned they were not actually in stock but did get delivered with in the 14 days as stated. Super Fast Service, I ordered a 65inch Panasoinc Plasma TV with Glass cabinet on Sunday night. By Tuesday i had it in my house setup and running fine. I havent got one complaint about this company. I've ordered twice from Total Digital over the past two years and each time they've lived up to their promises. Two TVs - the first a Philips 32PW9308 - delivered on time and no problems with payment or anything else-delivery men even brought it up to the third floor! This time I ordered the Hitachi 42PD6600 - also arrived on time, on the third working day after my order, also made by telephone. Credit card receipt and proper order paperwork came with both TVs. I ordered my LCD t.v last Friday afternoon by phone from Total Digital and it was delivered on Monday afternoon at exactly the time they said. In fact, if I had phoned a bit earlier, I could have had it delivered the next day (i.e. Saturday) but just missed the deadline by 5 minutes! I purchased a SONY KDL40D3000 from Total digital. The service was great, a young lady named Saira answered the phone and processed my order. She was very polite and extremely friendly warm and cordial. I enjoyed our contact and she had promised me delivery within 2 days and also allocated me a time and to my surprise the delivery was spot on! Furthermore, the aftercare was excellent as I received a call from Saira to check if I was happy with the product. I have not had any problems with this organisation and its products. found that,when it comes to service, there are excellent companies, good companies and all the rest. As I watched my new Panasonic TV being delivered - on a Saturday - just 24 hours after I had ordered it on Friday 23/01/09, I realized that Premier AV/Total Digital was definitely in the excellent category. I was a little weary of ordering from Totaldigital due to the mixed reviews. But because they offered the best price I thought I'd give them a try. I called first to confirm that the item was in stock & to check they could deliver before Christmas. On both counts the answer was yes so I placed the order. I ordered a TV, i got it the next the day as promised. I recintly bought a Panasonic DMR EZ47V DVD-VCR on the 14/11/09. On Total Digitals website it said it was new with 12 months warranty. I was a little confused as this model has been superceeded by the 48V so I telephoned them and yes it was brand new with 12 months warranty, Total Digital said that if I paid for it then I would receive it by the following Tuesday which I did all parceled up in a original Panasonic box, everything was brand new and the 12 months warranty, what more could I ask for, brilliant is the word that comes to mind. I will defintliy order my other stuff from Total Digital in the future, and as the Pany 48V has had some bad reports I am glad that I could get maybe one of the last new DVD-VCR from Panasonic and Total Digital. I highly Recommended Total Digital to anyone looking for digital items you will not be disappointed I wasn`t. 10 out of Ten by A Farmer 18/11/09
